Volunteers -Where Commitment Meets Transformation

A New Kind of Volunteering for a New Kind of Economy
Most charities ask you to fund a project; Globalgood Corporation asks you to help rewrite the operating system of the world economy.
We exist to lead humanity out of the debt-based fiat experiment and into the Credit-to-Credit (C2C) Monetary System—real credit, backed by real assets, scalable from rural co-ops to global trade. That journey cannot be outsourced to paid staff alone; it requires an army of committed, imaginative volunteers who are willing to learn the mechanics of honest money and translate them into community action, regional policy, and global momentum.

Why You—Yes, You—Should Volunteer for Globalgood
1. Impact That Multiplies
A single hour explaining living-wage pegs to a city council can influence paycheques for decades. One press release you draft might tip a finance ministry toward ratifying the Treaty of Nairobi.
2. Learn High-Demand Skills
You’ll master reserve-audit dashboards, treaty tracking, grassroots mobilisation, and data storytelling—competencies coveted by NGOs, governments, and financial innovators alike.
3. Shape History, Not Just Comment on It
Most people can only complain about inflation and inequality. Our volunteers are designing the fix and watching legislation change in real time.
4. Global Family, Local Roots
Serve globally in policy teams, regionally in C2C Readiness Retreats, or nationally organising Switch-Over Day bootcamps—then celebrate wins together in our private Slack channels and quarterly virtual summits.

The Volunteer–Organisation Agreement
- Purpose & Role Definition – the agreement states exactly what you will do (e.g., “Digital Engagement: manage Instagram for West Africa”).
- Time Commitment – hours per week or project-based milestones are mutually agreed; flexibility is baked in.
- Training & Resources – Globalgood provides orientation, ongoing skill modules, and all materials needed to succeed.
- Expenses & Reimbursements – out-of-pocket costs (local travel, data bundles) are reimbursed upon receipt submission.
- Confidentiality & Ethics – protect sensitive treaty drafts, respect reserve-audit data, adhere to our Code of Conduct.
- Right to Withdraw / Right to Re-assign – you may step back with notice; we may re-deploy talent as strategy evolves.
When Volunteering Is Not Paid Employment
- You set the schedule in dialogue with the team.
- Deliverables are mission-driven, not profit-driven.
- You do not replace a salaried staff position required by law or grant terms.
When Payment or Stipends May Apply
- Full-Time Placement longer than 30 consecutive days in a country with strict labour codes.
- Hazardous or Remote Assignments where local law mandates hardship allowances.
- Living-Wage Alignment – if a volunteer role morphs into a de-facto 9-to-5 post, we convert it to a stipend pegged to URU’s purchasing-power floor to honour the principle we preach.
Benefits Beyond the Mission
- Digital Badges & Certificates – verifiable blockchain-backed credentials for each skill track.
- Mentor Circles – quarterly small-group calls with economists, diplomats, and tech founders.
- Annual Summit Scholarships – travel-cost coverage for top contributors to present their work at the Global Economic Reform Summit.
- Recognition – features in our Volunteer Spotlight and eligibility for the “Guardian of Honest Money” award.
