Human Rights and Social Justice Advocacy
Setting the Stage
Human rights and social justice cannot flourish under an unstable monetary regime. The Original Sin—an undefined unit of account—followed by Nixon’s 1971 fiat shock, has allowed thin-air currency to erode living standards, widen inequality, and turn fundamental rights into unaffordable promises. Every wage, benefit, and social service is paid in devaluing money, shrinking the real impact of human-rights protections and justice initiatives. When the currency fails, so do the rights it’s meant to support.
Why We Act Now
Inflation and arbitrary monetary interventions violate the right to an adequate standard of living, to fair remuneration, and to social security. Generations drown in debt, unable to claim the rights enshrined in international covenants. Only by retiring fiat and embracing ℧-measured, asset-backed Credit-to-Credit (C2C) finance can we guarantee the real value of social justice programs, ensure enforceable economic rights, and protect human dignity. Incremental legal reforms must be matched by a monetary reset.
What We Will Do
- Quantify Rights Erosion in ℧ Terms: Publish an ℧-audit showing how fiat volatility undermines minimum wage, pension adequacy, and social benefits.
• Forge Global Consensus: Host virtual trilaterals with UN human-rights bodies, legal networks, and community advocates to draft C2C justice provisions.
• Advocate C2C Legal Frameworks: Promote model charter articles and statutes that embed ℧-backed credit guarantees into economic and social rights legislation.
• Bridge to Action: Guide you to the Human Rights & Monetary Justice Program—your comprehensive playbook for embedding monetary integrity in universal rights.
When & Where
- Now–Mo 2: Release the ℧-audit; host global webinars with UN OHCHR and national human-rights commissions.
• Mo 3–6: Launch Regional Rights Hubs (Geneva, Nairobi, Bogotá, Manila) to co-create C2C justice clauses.
• Mo 7–12: Pilot ℧-denominated basic-income stipends and social protection credits in select jurisdictions—monitored on our Rights Integrity Dashboard.
How You Can Engage
- Urge Your Legislators: Ask them to review our justice audit and support Treaty of Nairobi human-rights provisions.
• Partner with Us: NGOs, faith networks, and bar associations can pre-treaty fund pilot justice credits in fiat and post-treaty convert to DNM—ensuring rights keep pace with living costs.
• Amplify the Movement: Share this page, convene community dialogues, and demand “truthful money” as the bedrock of social justice.
