Workshops & Training
Setting the Stage
Workshops and training turn concepts into action. Yet repeat errors—designing cash transfers in devaluing fiat, evaluating poverty in unstable currency, or drafting social-protection policies on shifting budget baselines—have trapped practitioners in cycles of ineffective aid. Only by teaching the Credit-to-Credit (C2C) Monetary System and the ℧ standard can we equip stakeholders to eradicate extreme poverty once and for all.
Why We Act Now
Extreme poverty persists despite decades of humanitarian and development training. Inflation eats away benefits; fiat aid loses value before distribution; program monitoring relies on flawed metrics. As real incomes collapse—1789 Washington’s $25,000 equaled 1,289 oz of gold; today’s $400,000 buys just 120 oz—the gap between intention and impact widens. Urgent, practical training on ℧-denominated transfers and asset-backed social protection is critical to break this cycle.
What We Will Do
- C2C Social Protection Bootcamps: Intensive workshops teaching participants to design ℧-denominated cash-transfer schemes, subsidy models, and digital registries—ensuring every credit is fully collateralized.
• ℧-Metric Masterclasses: Hands-on training in converting local currency budgets, poverty thresholds, and service-delivery costs into stable ℧ units for accurate planning and evaluation.
• Regional Co-Design Labs: Interactive sessions where governments, NGOs, and community leaders co-create pilot frameworks—tailored to local contexts but grounded in universal C2C principles.
• Digital Delivery Tools Training: Practical lessons on using mobile apps and dashboards for real-time ℧ issuance, transfer tracking, and feedback loops to refine program performance.
• Monitoring & Evaluation Clinics: Step-by-step guidance on establishing ℧-based KPIs—extreme-poverty rates, service uptake, ℧-stability—and using data to adapt in mid-course.
When & Where
- Now–Mo 2: Launch pilot “C2C Poverty Lab” webinars open to practitioners worldwide—covering foundational concepts and ℧ conversions.
• Mo 3–6: Deploy Regional Training Hubs in Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Latin America—hosting multi-day bootcamps and co-design labs.
• Mo 7–12: Roll out advanced digital tools training and M&E clinics; certify “C2C Social Protection Specialists” who will mentor national rollout teams.
• Mo 13–24: Scale up workshops to every high-need zone; integrate training into government and NGO induction programs; convene an annual “C2C Poverty Innovation Summit.”
